Terms of service
These terms govern use of NammaQ by a business ("you", "the tenant") and its staff. NammaQ is a product of EmWhiteSystems.
The service
NammaQ lets your customers join a virtual queue by QR code, WhatsApp, a kiosk, or a pre-booked appointment, and lets your staff manage that queue from a console. Plans, prices and usage limits are described on our pricing page, which is part of these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for keeping your staff accounts' credentials secure. You're responsible for how your staff use the product.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. New accounts start on the Free plan; a paid plan includes a 14-day trial before your card is charged. If a payment fails, you keep full service for a 7-day grace period before your account automatically moves to the Free plan — see our refund policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Acceptable use
NammaQ is for genuine queue management. You agree not to use it to collect customer data for any purpose beyond running your queue, to send messages unrelated to a customer's token, or to abuse the platform's messaging in a way that would get NammaQ's WhatsApp/SMS sending capability restricted for other tenants.
Data
You're the data controller for your customers' information; NammaQ processes it on your behalf under the terms of our privacy policy. You're responsible for your own compliance with any sector-specific rules that apply to your business (for example, health-data handling if you're a clinic).
Suspension
We may suspend an account for abuse, non-payment beyond the grace period, or a breach of these terms. Suspension blocks new customer joins; it never removes access to, or deletes, data already collected without following our normal retention/export process.
Changes
We may update these terms or our pricing catalog for new customers and future billing cycles. We won't retroactively change the price you were quoted for your current plan.
